Smart Card Service Center

The Handan Smart Card Service Center belongs to the Handan Municipal Informatization Office. It has a perfect system for distribution, services and applications of the smart card. The service center aims at offering service for social management and public service. It is the responsibility of the Service Center to make rules for distribution, services and management of the smart card, and to harmonize relative departments and organizations, and to manage the Smart Card's distribution and services.
