Handan Demonstration Project Review Workshop was held in Handan Smart Card Service Center which chaired by Li lianmin,Deputy Director of Handan Informatization Office.
Gao xinmin, Standing Deputy Chirman of China Information Association,member of Advisory Committee for State Informatisation and Liu Zhigang,deputy manager of China National Financial Cards Test Center joined the meeting.Other participants include Dr.Higgins,Dr.Crespo and Mr.Wang Boyong from EU-China Information Society Project,officers from Handan Informatisation Office and representatives from other related sectors.
Mr.Li lianmin reported the development of the project.Dr.Crespo introduced the managing citizen-centric service system in Europe.Finally,Prof.Gao made summary of the meeting.He pointed out some problems about smart card,such as the transition from old system to new system in Health Center,the charges and so on.Meanwhile,he give high appraise about Handan information work:Handan smart card project has clear objective and understand the policy precisely.Although started not very long,it has made substantial progress in capital,technology and coordination.With the help of EU-China Information Sociey Project,it will be most likely to be successful among the six demonstration projects.
After the meeting,the representatives visited the Government and Citizen Contact Center,the Network Hall,the Administrative Approvement Hall,the “San Nong Information Channel.
