To do well the programming for finance payment function of Smart Card and learn the experience of construction, management and working internal or overseas, Programming Workshop for Finance Payment Function of Handan Smart Card was hold on Nov 21st to 22nd by Handan Municipal Informatization Office. The final aim of the workshop is to constitute operation content, management flow and security standard in finance payment realm for Handan Smart Card.
   The workshop was emceed by LI Lian-min, the vice-director of Handan Municipal Informatization Office. EU experts also attended the workshop, such as Shaun Topham and Cloum.    In the workshop, experts internal or external all made reports, and they discussed with each other ardently. Experts thought that to add payment function on Smart Card was full of significance. They gave a lot of advice for the programming of Smart Card finance payment function.

It’s final aims is that holding only one card citizens can do enjoy a lot of government service such as retirement, medical care, employment injuries, Childbearing, unemployment, Vocational Training, Employment and Re-employment, social relief, preference and compensation, public accumulation fund for housing construction, personnel and talent, hygeian and health, and other public services. Financial Payment Function is a key increment function of the Smart Card. The perfect amalgamation of the government use and financial business will give a wider foreground for the Smart Card. Citizens will enjoy more convenient and boon and the Smart Card Project will really achieve the aim of “one card more function, offer service to citizens”.
